I have focused on providing imagery and hypnosis for over 25 years. I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner. I also provide ReConception Hypnosis, Alchemical Hypnotherapy, and other body/mind/spirit modalities, including Ama Deus healing, plus dance and art therapy.

As an artist, writer, mother, and grandmother and creatively oriented person, I look for the good and bring spirit with me in this life. Improving one's health is a process. With hypnosis the process is speeded up. I believe you can overcome adversity with inspiration.

People invest in hypnosis for all kinds of issues. I've provided hundreds of sessions for people with a life-threatening illness at Pathways of Minneapolis during the past 20 years. Elsewhere, I've provided hypnosis for sports improvement, pain reduction, pre- and post- surgical hypnosis for decreased blood loss and quick healing, improving sleep, fear of flying, improving life from childhood abuse, stopping smoking, weight loss, overcoming anxiety, transcending birth discomfort, and more. You relax and with a focused state of mind in hypnosis you enjoy positive suggestions for changing things. It's a natural state of your own mind you learn about.
